Chris is a commercially-aware accountant (FCCA) with significant experience in IFRS, Statutory Accounts preparation, group consolidation, business modelling and budgeting.
He spent 8 years with FTSE 100 listed head office finance team with responsibility for IFRS transition and group reporting. He has recently been supporting several listed companies with IFRS and IPO preparation.
Supporting businesses through critical transition periods, which include most things from acquisition to IPO, Chris’s approach is very much a holistic one which is focussed on meticulous detail to help a business move from business plan to AIM listing.
Providing interim FD and FC services, Chris has built up a reputation of hands-on success – evident in recent involvement in a high-profile media acquisition in the Netherlands where Chris was instrumental in not only coordinating a number of business functions and employees to help the business transition to successful transaction, but also coordinating a number of disparate companies and agreements, turning a very complex transaction into a true and successful growth opportunity.
Having also worked on the Fever-Tree Premium Mixers account to assist their IPO process, Chris has been instrumental in helping organisations transition accurately and successful – setting them up for long-term growth.
